Betaling
Paying, and what happens to the data
What you can pay with, when the money moves, what shows up on your statement, and why no card details ever touch this website.
Last updated 13 August 2026 · Governing law: Denmark
Cards accepted
- Dankort
- Visa and Visa Electron
- Mastercard and Maestro
All charges are in Danish kroner. If your card is denominated in another currency, your own bank does the conversion at its rate on the day — we add nothing to that and we never see it.
We charge no card fee of any kind. The price you see in the basket is the price that leaves your account.
When you are charged
At the point you complete the payment step, for the full order. Nothing is taken before you reach it, and nothing recurring is ever set up — there are no memberships, no subscriptions and no stored-value accounts anywhere on this site. Buying a replacement piece two years from now is a fresh order placed the ordinary way.
On your statement
The charge appears as Servicelab. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@ancherstudio.shop or call +45 26 83 51 47 before you contact your bank — we can usually identify it within minutes, and a chargeback costs you time you do not need to spend.
Card data
No card details are entered on this website. The payment step runs on our payment provider’s own PCI DSS compliant page. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes go to them and never reach our servers, our logs or our database. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the last four digits and the card scheme — nothing else.
We cannot see, store or reuse your card. That also means we cannot take a second payment on it without you going through the payment step again.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card that paid, without a fee. Timings and the routes that trigger a refund are set out on the withdrawal page and the right to complain page. If the card has expired or been replaced since, tell us and we will arrange a bank transfer instead.
Site security
- The whole site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security. There is no unencrypted route into it.
- A strict Content Security Policy limits what may execute on the page, and framing is disabled outright, so the shop cannot be embedded inside somebody else’s page.
- There are no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing on this site reports your browsing anywhere.
- Form submissions are validated in the browser and again on the server, and are stored on infrastructure inside the EU.
- We never ask for your card details, your bank login or a password by email or telephone. If you receive a message that appears to come from us and does, it is not from us — forward it to support@ancherstudio.shop.
Prices and tax
Every price on this site is in DKK and includes 25% moms. Business customers in another EU member state who need an invoice without Danish moms should email us with a valid EU tax identifier before ordering, and we will invoice manually. Outside the EU, import duty and local tax are payable by you on arrival.
A receipt showing the moms element separately is emailed with every order confirmation.
